Austrian Post presents the new series "Impressions of Austria" self-adhesive definitive stamps, which were re-designed by a young and promising graduate of the Vienna Academy of Advertising.
The stamp series invites you to take a tour of the versatile Austria and presents some of the most important and most prominent attractions of its federal states. Starting with the Bregenz Martins Tower, which is closely connected with the history of his town, and boasts his gallery a wonderful view over Bregenz, Lake Constance and the Swiss mountains, it goes on to Innsbruck, that and the one hand by the covered with fire-gilded copper tiles Golden Roof, On the other hand scores with an architecturally exciting sports facilities in the country - the Bergisel ski jump. One of Austria's most popular holiday destinations is the city of Salzburg, Mozart's birthplace as she enjoys and host of the Salzburg Festival worldwide recognition.
