Otto Eduard Leopold aka Prince of Bismarck aka Duke of Lauenburg aka aka Junker Otto von Bismarck aka High Born Count Otto of Bismarck-Schönhausen aka His Serene Highness The Prince of Bismarck aka His Serene Highness The Prince of Bismarck aka Otto von Bismarck.
Bismarck was a conservative Prussian statesman who dominated German and European affairs from the 1860s until 1890. In the 1860s he engineered a series of wars that unified the German states (excluding Austria) into a powerful German Empire under Prussian leadership.
Besides his many titles he had many, many functions. 1867 cartoon making fun of Bismarck's different roles, from general to minister of foreign affairs, federal chancellor, hunter, diplomat and president of the Zollverein parliament.

"Many men, wish death upon me.."
(50 cent from from "Get Rich Or Die Trying").

On the afternoon of May 7 he lay in wait for Bismarck, revolver in hand, in the Unter den Linden, a boulevard in central Berlin. The Prime Minister was now walking home. When Bismarck was close to the Russian Embassy, Cohen-Blind took aim and fired twice from behind. Bismarck spun around and grabbed his attacker, who was able to fire three more shots before soldiers from the 1st Battalion of the 2nd Guards rushed up and took him into custody.

Cohen-Blind was taken to police headquarters for questioning, but in an unguarded moment he slashed his own throat with a knife, severing his carotid artery. He died shortly after. Bismarck continued on his way home. Later that night, he allowed the King's physician, Gustav von Lauer, to examine him. (Some sources claim that Bismarck was saved because he had worn a bulletproof vest.) Lauer noted that the first three bullets had only grazed Bismarck's body and the last two had ricocheted off the ribs and had caused no major injuries.

Seems like a good omen to name a ship class. The Bismarck class was a pair of battleships built for Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine shortly before the outbreak of World War II. The ships were the largest warships built for the Kriegsmarine.
